Skyliners Rd Hill Accelerations
Hi all, want to try something new doing a work out ride up Skyliners. This ride is a workout doing a steady pace up Skyliners and then 1 minute hill accelerations interval with a recovery (slow), then repeat. Anyone wish to join me great, all levels welcome as this will improve your conditioning for the coming season. Regroup at the top and then a spirited descent back to Discovery Park Meeting place by the Pavilion. The 'D' pace is mine but all levels are welcome.
