Meet in the field. GoodLife is hard to find but worth the effort.

The title says it all! Ride your cruiser, townie, mountain bike, road bike or whatever to GoodLife's outdoor area. This is a chance to chat with your fellow COW without avoiding a pothole.

Please register so we know how many to expect.

Visitors are welcome on their first club ride for free, but must Join online as a Guest member, prior to the ride. Please Join as a regular member before attending your second club ride.
Please show up on time, follow the route and ride plan, maintain the listed pace, and cycle safely and cooperatively.
All riders MUST wear a helmet and carry ID
