Prineville Reservoir Out-n-Back

This B/C ride is one of two companion rides in Prineville on this day. The other is a longer, D-paced ride that leaves and (hopefully) finishes about the same time, at the same start-finish point.

We'll gather at Crook County High School, near the tennis courts (and restroom) for a 10:00 start. The route takes us south along the scenic Crooked River Canyon and top of Prineville Reservoir dam, where we'll re-group and take a well-deserved break. The out-and-back is a total 40 miles, but anyone wanting a shorter route can stop at any point along the route and re-join the rest of the group on the return trip.

If riding longer and faster is more your speed, check out David Garcia's companion D-ride that starts at the same time, follows the same route out, but loops back along Milliken Road for a 50-mile trek. Hopefully, everyone will regroup back at the starting point and head out to Ochoco Brewing for lunch.
