Mount Bachelor Loop

This one's simple, but always a favorite. We meet up at Wanoga SnoPark and head west on Cascade Lakes Highway towards Bachelor. It's a fast descent to Sparks Lake after the climb, then a steady, slightly downhill section south past Elk Lake Resort until we turn back to the east on Lookout Mountain Road. But we're hardly done climbing at that point; it's one moderate climb towards Sunriver, a nice descent and flat section, then a turn to the north for the last big climb back towards Bachelor. A right turn at the intersection with Cascade Lakes Highway, a quick drop back to our starting point, and it's 60 miles in the bag. It's a pretty big ride, but well worth the effort.

We can also do it in the other direction, depending on preference. Either way, it's 60 miles and 3,600+ feet of climbing, so "easier" really isn't an option. We'll discuss and decide at game time.
