All members and their significant others are enthusiastically invited to attend! Please RSVP as soon as possible by registering yourself and up to 1 guest. We encourage all members to attend. We have many fun items planned.

Since this event is a potluck, please bring the following, depending on the first letter of your last name:

  • Entree/Main  A-K

  • Dessert Provided by the COWs

Member couples only need to bring one dish.

Please bring a serving utensil for your dish and mark it with your name. All other silverware, plates, glasses, water will be provided. Bring your own beverage (wine/beer/soda). However, due to insurance and event regulations, no hard liquor is permitted. Most importantly bring yourself, your conversational skills, and your joy of cycling!

Free to members and members' guest. Please RSVP as soon as possible. Questions?

Charitable Donations

As we did last year, the COWs will be collecting donations for the Bicycle Re-Source of Bend. They were thrilled with our donations from last year and used everything we provided.

Re-Source is a local non-profit that refurbishes bicycles to give to kids and teens in need. Last year they gave away 550 bikes.

Please bring to the party any used bike parts: seats, tires, tubes, frames, etc. you wish to donate. They also use monetary donations to purchase (at cost from Hutch’s) needed parts.

Re-Source is a 501(c)3, so you can get a tax receipt mailed to you for your donation.

  • Visitors are welcome on their first club ride without a full membership but must either a) read and sign this Liability Release and give it to the ride leader before the ride starts or, b) Join Online as a Guest member.  Please note that this privilege may only be used once - you must become a member before attending your second club ride.
  • The rider's job is to show up on time, follow the route and ride plan, maintain the listed pace, and cycle safely and cooperatively.
  • All riders MUST wear a helmet and carry ID
  • Tips for ride leaders and participants
  • You can print the route from the GPS My Ride link

Central Oregon Wheelers is a 501(c)7 non-profit organization.
