Calling All Zwifters!! Training continues with Colin with Volcano Flat this week. This the first of a four week goal to take on Alpe de Zwift.
Endurance Miles/Daily Goal
The goal of today's Endurance Miles ride is two-fold. One is to work on the development of your aerobic system (which is why the intensity is moderate) and the other is to wake your legs up from an easier day or two and get prepared for the intervals you'll be doing tomorrow.
I will send around a Zwift workout file. You will need to know your FTP in order to use it. I will provide instructions on how to import the file.
Use Sunday or Monday to take an FTP test if you're unsure of what your FTP is. I recommend the ramp test: it's located in the Zwift workouts.
We will all stay together during this ride.

If you have never done a group ride with Zwift, be sure to log on and join at least 15 mins prior to the 2:00 pm start.
