Zwifters This is week THREE! This the third of a four week goal to take on Alpe du Zwift.
In the third week of this program, your body should be feeling some fatigue. This is normal, and you shouldn't feel the need to ride hard EVERY day. Take this opportunity to relax a little and get warmed up for the last few days of intense training coming up.
