Training your postural fundamentals to maximize center of gravity positioning for maximal power output and optimized recovery.


EVERY  WED  10AM


What

Mobility: To increase R.O.M for the shoulder and hip girdle to maximize performance output.

Stability: To increase R.O.M for the shoulder and hip girdle to maximize performance output.

Tissue Recovery: Using PNF and Trigger point methods to expediate recovery after heavy ride days.

  • General consensus was that this workout was well worth the time of showing up.  We focused on Mobility and Stability, something that people our age really need to bring into our routines.  Great staff that was very knowledgable and attentive to our small workout groups.  
  • We plan on doing a ride after this one hr WO, so plan on bringing your bike and cycling kit.  Jodi and Tod will be leading a C group and Brian will take a B group out on the same routeFoundation Health Route.
  • We are all invited to come back to Foundation Health to enjoy their Recovery Room and Sauna.  Six to eight people in Recovery Room at a time.  
  • The nine individuals that signed up for the rest of May please sign up with the Paid group.

May 1st will be free to all that sign up.  May 8th, 15th and 22nd will be a reduced COW's rate of $20.00/session.  Don't miss this opportunity to train to perform!  Spots will be limited SIGN UP NOW.
