Distance	13.5 miles
Target Speed	E (average rolling speed exclusive of warm up and cool down and non-moving time)
Rest Stop	I'm not particularly fast on the uphill but I like to rip on the downhill. If you are speedy uphill, plan to wait and regroup at trail junctions. I don't want to exclude anyone based on pace but do keep in mind there are some technical sections.
